Ellin Blumenthal is a Chicago-area artist. She earned a degree in Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a concentration in ceramics. Her painting began in 2005 at The Art Center in Highland Park, IL. She has exhibited in class shows and, through their outreach program, had her first solo show in June, 2010. She has since exhibited in group shows at the Heller Nature Center, in Highland Park, IL and Perficalsense Gallery in Evanston, IL., where she will have a new show in March 2012.
